How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders typically ship within 1 to 3 business days, with transit taking 5 to 8 business days. That means most orders arrive within 6 to 11 business days from the date you place your order. Every shipment includes tracking so you can follow its progress.
Do you offer free shipping on patio furniture and saunas?
We offer free shipping on most orders within the Continental U.S. (excludes Alaska and Hawaii). There is no order minimum required. Orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on destination and package size. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details.
What is your return policy?

Most of our barrel saunas are designed for straightforward assembly and can be set up by two people with basic tools. Detailed instructions and hardware are included. If you have questions during assembly, our support team is here to walk you through each step.
